The
Council
The Council of Independent Experts was created with the express intent of fostering the continued development of the Certified Green Commercial Kitchen program under the guidance of a panel of unbiased third-party professionals. The Council is responsible for utilizing their collective insight and wisdom to govern the future direction and objectivity of the program in regard to its impact on the industry and the environment. In doing so, the Council commits to supporting environmentally responsible and economically viable principles, practices and products that protect our natural resources while maintaining the efficiency of operations required by volume-driven commercial kitchens.
